EventLinks is an online marketplace whose sole purpose is to connect clients who are looking to hire event professionals with vendors and service providers who offer those services.
EventLinks acts exclusively as an intermediary platform. We do not provide event services ourselves, we do not employ vendors, and we are not a party to any agreement, booking, or transaction entered into between a client and a vendor through the platform.
In plain terms: EventLinks is the bridge. Clients bring their event needs; vendors bring their talent. We make the introduction — everything beyond that is between you and the vendor you choose.
EventLinks does not charge clients or vendors any fee to access, join, or use the platform. This includes:
EventLinks will never ask you for payment in exchange for access to the platform or for listing your services. If you receive any communication claiming to be from EventLinks and requesting payment for platform access, please treat it as fraudulent and report it to us immediately at info@eventlinks.co.
Note on vendor pricing: Vendors set their own rates for their services. Any payment made to a vendor is between the client and the vendor directly — EventLinks is not involved in, and does not take a cut of, those transactions.
EventLinks is committed to maintaining a platform of legitimate, trustworthy event professionals. To protect clients, every vendor who applies to be listed on EventLinks undergoes a verification process before their profile goes live.

Verification does not constitute an endorsement of a vendor's quality, availability, or suitability for any specific event. Clients are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence, read reviews, and communicate with vendors before confirming a booking.
Ongoing monitoring: EventLinks reserves the right to re-verify, suspend, or remove any vendor profile at any time if new information suggests the listing is inaccurate, misleading, or violates these Terms.

The EventLinks name, logo, design, and platform are our intellectual property. Vendors retain ownership of the photos, videos, and descriptions they upload. By listing on EventLinks, vendors grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on the platform for the purpose of operating the service.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
